Been on here just over a month now. I don't feel like I've gone anywhere or reached something important....yet? I've churned out quite a bit. Most of it doesn't get fully voted and I accidentally hit stars on my own art when I scroll through it. I hate that. Not sure what the end game is. I fought to get scouted and now I'm fighting for what? Votes?...to stay relevant? That's weird.

Also, just look at how flooded that art portal is. If I make whatever Image, the last place I'll post it is the art portal l, unless I want to keep it a secret, lol.
To clarify, it's not about the numbers to me. The site that makes it feel like that with votes and fighting to keep the best art up front to push the onlookers. I honestly just want to know if my art is making a difference for someone. Yea I agree the portal is like a crazy pipeline nonstop. I'll consider other places here to post.
I agree with the points Julian made. In this age, stuff takes time unfortunately. Your inking and colouring is top notch. Try the art forum to get more interaction ( just make sure to rate your threads appropriately if you do).

This site doesn't have an algorithm so its more of having to interact more in some instances. Also, if you mistakenly rate one of your works that you didnt want to just go to your avatar in the top right and click. Go to account settings>>>scroll to account activity>> click on voting history. An youre set! Hang in there!

@Sticky-sweet-bread Of course, and definitely when it comes to Nsfw Lul. Nsfw spaces aren't too big as many imagine if you stick around long enough. Or even Newgrounds alone. I'm glad to hear you appreciate my words!! How neat, had a feeling after taking a look at your work. ^^

I believe an audience can be built naturally with time, growing as an artist especially nowadays in this current stage of the net is quite the challenge especially if you're hoping for a loyal following or some recognition. It's quite the struggle but I think you'll get there!!
You're criminally underrated; I like the way you color and do inking especially in traditional pieces, it gives off that comic feel you'd see in the 2000s, It has love put into it! Do you color with watercolor or alcohol markers?

Thank you much. I know it takes time to grow, in some places anyway. A NSFW art environment just has that extra difficulty ya know? Those compliments mean more than you know. I primarily do comic art. The NSFW stuff is a hobby. I use it all in traditional work. I've used both water color and markers.
